1. Free Shipping with purchases over $150. (Free shipping time 3 to 5 business days)
2. Any purchase below $150 there will be a small shipping fee based on the weight of your product. (Base rate shipping time 3 to 5 business days)
3. Expedited shipping will be offered on all purchases at the best rates your money can buy this will allow your product to be shipped as quick as the postal service can get it to you. (Expedited shipping time 1 to 3 business days)
4. Our shipping calculator will do all the math for you all you have to do is simply choose which shipping method you prefer.
5.Cool Shoes is a well-established fashion store with much more to offer. We travel the United States from state-to-state searching for the coolest shoes and clothing. We invest our hard-earned money into different products we believe to be fresh and bring them to you online so you can order what you like from the comfort of your home. We do not mind doing all the foot work because we have extremely high passion for fashion.

Return & Exchange Policy
Cool Shoes offer a worry-free return policy. A very simple policy. If for some reason your product does not work out for you for whatever reason, simply let us know the issue and We'll issue you a full refund as long as the following apply.
1. Return product in the same condition you received the product.
2. Pictures will be required via email, if there was any damages or incorrect size
3. Must not wear or use the product
4. Must send inquiry within 48hrs upon delivery.
We understand mistakes happen from time to time and we want to earn your trust online as we have locally. We have no issue refunding your money back as long as you meet the requirements above. Failure to do so may result in your refund request being delayed or denied.
